Request window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving an eligible order. Contact @vysera.ro through our official Instagram account with your order number before sending anything back.

Condition
Items must be unworn, clean, and returned with original packaging and tags. Please handle embellished pieces carefully; damage caused after delivery may make an item ineligible.

Non-returnable items
Personalized products, gift cards, and items identified as final sale cannot be returned except where consumer law requires otherwise.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Delivery charges and return postage are handled according to applicable law.
